First and foremost, at our service we won’t accept payment unless you’re confident that we are able to deliver a quality product that meets your satisfaction. If you have already paid, we assure that you can still receive a refund according to our money-back warranty.
We always strive to maintain our customer’s satisfaction and we will do anything to make sure that you are presented with the highest quality work, including a necessary refund of your money. We don’t have many requests for refunds, which is partly due to our simple Money Back Warranty. All refund requests are processed within 2-3 business days.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you should decide to request a refund within an hour after a writer has been assigned to your order, you will receive a 100% refund. If a writer has already started working on your order (usually happens within first 2 hours), your refund will be calculated on the amount of elapsed time. You are eligible for up to a 70% refund if half or less of the time to your deadline has passed, and up to 50% thereafter up to the actual deadline. We need compensate the writer’s work where he/she is stopped.
After the paper is uploaded to your disposal, you can only request refund for the quality matters.
What if I paid for my order twice?
If you got two notifications about successful transactions with the same item descriptions – please send us the copy of a receipt confirming this fact to our e-mail. We will then cancel the accidently paid amount and issue a 100% refund immediately.
What if I accidentally placed two identical orders?
If you accidentally submitted, and paid for, two or more identical orders by mistake, please contact us immediately to clarify the situation before we assign writers and begin work on these projects. It is your responsibility to cancel any orders you do not need before we assign a writer to work on them.
What if no writer was found to work on my order?
As part of our processing mechanism, we only accept a payment if a writer is found. If, for any reason, there is no writer available to complete your paper at the moment, we will kindly let you know prior to payment.
If you are a returning client, and you have placed an order we have no writer to complete – your fee will be fully refunded and given sincere apologies.
What if my order was late?
In case your order was delivered to you late as a result of some issues from our side, you will be provided with a partial refund for lateness after the approval of your order. The amount of the refund is equal to the difference in pricing for the deadline you have paid for and for the deadline the paper was delivered to you.
Note that if you will not require the paper as it was late, you will always be able to request a full refund from your personal order page and in case the paper was not approved by the moment of your claim.
What if the revision of my paper was late?
Revision lateness is non-refundable for the need of a separate deadline you designate when requesting a revision.
Please make sure your deadline is least 2-3 days before the final submission deadline. This will allow time for the revisions, especially when they are free of charge.
What if I have complaints on the final paper, and would like to get a full/partial refund?
If the final draft of the paper is not completed to your satisfaction, you can always request a free revision. Additionally, there is also a possibility to replace the original writer with a different one.
If none of the abovementioned methods worked for you, you can use the “Refund” button, available for you at your personal account page.
There are 2 scenarios:
- If you want to refund your money before the Approval stage, you are qualified to get up to a 100% refund at the Dispute Department’s discretion. In the event of Refund Request, you must provide evidence on why you should receive a refund. Once your request will be processed the Dispute Department might need you to provide more details/arguments on why should the refund be issued. You will be provided with a 7 days period to provide your detailed feedback. After the 7 days period the Dispute will be closed and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please take into account that the period before your paper is automatically Approved is 10 days. After the “Approval” only a partial compensation is possible.
- If you wish to refund your money after the paper has been Approved, you have 10 days to do so, and you can receive up to 40% refund at the Dispute Department’s discretion. After the 10 day period has passed, the refund button is blocked.
Once the event of Refund Request has occurred, you must provide your back-up on why should the order be refunded to you. Once your request will be processed the Dispute Department might need you to provide more details/arguments on why should the refund be issued. You will be provided with a 7 days period to provide your detailed feedback. After the 7 days period the Dispute will be closed and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please be advised that a full refund is not available after the order Approval, with the exception of a provided Plagiarism-report, testifying to the fact of Plagiarism in the paper.
Bear in mind that the company holds the right to publish any piece of work that was fully refunded in an order to protect our writer’s property. This prevents any hypothetical intentions of scammers to use the reimbursed paper in their favor.
